Without doubt Billy and his entire team are the absolute best trade services business I have ever dealt with in Sydney. I'm on a strata committee for a 100 unit apartment complex and we use Plumbing Central extensively for a whole range of installations, maintenance and problem fixing. More courteous, professional and friendly plumbers you will not find. A really big job, or a really small job, they do the whole lot with the same level of professionalism. And the office team are just as friendly and helpful, always customer focused, just like the whole team of tradies. Honestly, they probably should get a 6 out of 5 stars rating. Plumbing Central are the gold standard for a trades services business, they genuinely are.

Mohammad was punctual and approached the task with a clear, structured method. He avoided unnecessary complexity, testing each leakage issue systematically until he identified the root cause. His patience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills were evident throughout. A job well done.

We had Mohammed and Paulo come out to sort an issue caused by Sydney water that had been going on for weeks. They were helpful, polite and friendly, and made sure everything was sorted before they left. Gave us some tips if any smaller issues happen in future of how we can look at it ourselves before calling in the professionals if needed.

We had a rather big job to deal with a massive amount of flooding in our garage downstairs laundry/toilet and outside backyard drain. We were advised that we would have someone out within the hour and we did. Mohammed and Paulie (I trust that I got their names right?) were very professional thorough clean, tidy and respectful. Lovely guys. They explained what they were doing and were happy to explain clearly to me and advise of the cause of the blockage and give some really good advice to prevent it happening again and answer any extra questions that I had. They were happy to explain this to my flatmate who was at work at the time. Five star service. Highly recommend, thanks guys

Great communication, service and commitment. That's what makes a great company and worthy of a high review. Took the time to actually assess the situation from the phone call in the beginning till the end. Had understanding and empathy for a pensioner which is all we could ask for. I highly recommend the team here at Central and congratulate them on the service they have provided.

Mohamad and Ahmad from Plumbing Central Sydney were absolutely fantastic. They came to our apartment to unblock a pipe that several other plumbers couldn’t fix — and they solved it quickly and professionally. Not only did they unblock the pipe, but they also cleaned everything thoroughly and left our apartment in perfect condition, as if nothing had ever happened. Their work was efficient, careful, and truly impressive. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely be keeping their number saved for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
